pois a todo homem que seguiu a Baal-Peor o SENHOR, vosso Deus, consumiu do vosso meio. 4 Porém vós que permanecestes fiéis ao SENHOR, vosso Deus, todos, hoje, estais vivos. 5 Eis que vos tenho ensinado estatutos e juízos, como me mandou o SENHOR, meu Deus, para que assim façais no meio da terra que passais a possuir. 6 Guardai-os, pois, e cumpri-os, porque isto será a vossa sabedoria e o vosso entendimento perante os olhos dos povos que, ouvindo todos estes estatutos, dirão: Certamente, este grande povo é gente sábia e inteligente. 7 Pois que grande nação há que tenha deuses tão chegados a si como o SENHOR, nosso Deus, todas as vezes que o invocamos? 8 E que grande nação há que tenha estatutos e juízos tão justos como toda esta lei que eu hoje vos proponho? 9 Tão-somente guarda-te a ti mesmo e guarda bem a tua alma, que te não esqueças daquelas coisas que os teus olhos têm visto, e se não apartem do teu coração todos os dias da tua vida, e as farás saber a teus filhos e aos filhos de teus filhos. 10 Não te esqueças do dia em que estiveste perante o SENHOR, teu Deus, em Horebe, quando o SENHOR me disse: Reúne este povo, e os farei ouvir as minhas palavras, a fim de que aprenda a temer-me todos os dias que na terra viver e as ensinará a seus filhos. 11 Então, chegastes e vos pusestes ao pé do monte; e o monte ardia em fogo até ao meio dos céus, e havia trevas, e nuvens, e escuridão. 12 Então, o SENHOR vos falou do meio do fogo; a voz das palavras ouvistes; porém, além da voz, não vistes aparência nenhuma. 13 Então, vos anunciou ele a sua aliança, que vos prescreveu, os dez mandamentos, e os escreveu em duas tábuas de pedra. 14 Também o SENHOR me ordenou, ao mesmo tempo, que vos ensinasse estatutos e juízos, para que os cumprísseis na terra a qual passais a possuir. 15 Guardai, pois, cuidadosamente, a vossa alma, pois aparência nenhuma vistes no dia em que o SENHOR, vosso Deus, vos falou em Horebe, no meio do fogo; 16 para que não vos corrompais e vos façais alguma imagem esculpida na forma de ídolo, semelhança de homem ou de mulher, 17 semelhança de algum animal que há na terra, semelhança de algum volátil que voa pelos céus, 18 semelhança de algum animal que rasteja sobre a terra, semelhança de algum peixe que há nas águas debaixo da terra. 19 Guarda-te não levantes os olhos para os céus e, vendo o sol, a lua e as estrelas, a saber, todo o exército dos céus, sejas seduzido a inclinar-te perante eles e dês culto àqueles, coisas que o SENHOR, teu Deus, repartiu a todos os povos debaixo de todos os céus. 20 Mas o SENHOR vos tomou e vos tirou da fornalha de ferro do Egito, para que lhe sejais povo de herança, como hoje se vê. 21 Também o SENHOR se indignou contra mim, por vossa causa, e jurou que eu não passaria o Jordão e não entraria na boa terra que o SENHOR, teu Deus, te dá por herança. 22 Porque eu morrerei neste lugar, não passarei o Jordão; porém vós o passareis e possuireis aquela boa terra. 23 Guardai-vos não vos esqueçais da aliança do SENHOR, vosso Deus, feita convosco, e vos façais alguma imagem esculpida, semelhança de alguma coisa que o SENHOR, vosso Deus, vos proibiu. 24 Porque o SENHOR, teu Deus, é fogo que consome, é Deus zeloso. 25 Quando, pois, gerardes filhos e filhos de filhos, e vos envelhecerdes na terra, e vos corromperdes, e fizerdes alguma imagem esculpida, semelhança de alguma coisa, e fizerdes mal aos olhos do SENHOR, teu Deus, para o provocar à ira, 26 hoje, tomo por testemunhas contra vós outros o céu e a terra, que, com efeito, perecereis, imediatamente, da terra a qual, passado o Jordão, ides possuir; não prolongareis os vossos dias nela; antes, sereis de todo destruídos. 27 O SENHOR vos espalhará entre os povos, e restareis poucos em número entre as gentes aonde o SENHOR vos conduzirá. 28 Lá, servireis a deuses que são obra de mãos de homens, madeira e pedra, que não vêem, nem ouvem, nem comem, nem cheiram. 29 De lá, buscarás ao SENHOR, teu Deus, e o acharás, quando o buscares de todo o teu coração e de toda a tua alma. 30 Quando estiveres em angústia, e todas estas coisas te sobrevierem nos últimos dias, e te voltares para o SENHOR, teu Deus, e lhe atenderes a voz, 31 então, o SENHOR, teu Deus, não te desamparará, porquanto é Deus misericordioso, nem te destruirá, nem se esquecerá da aliança que jurou a teus pais. 32 Agora, pois, pergunta aos tempos passados, que te precederam, desde o dia em que Deus criou o homem sobre a terra, desde uma extremidade do céu até à outra, se sucedeu jamais coisa tamanha como esta ou se se ouviu coisa como esta; 33 ou se algum povo ouviu falar a voz de algum deus do meio do fogo, como tu a ouviste, ficando vivo; 34 ou se um deus intentou ir tomar para si um povo do meio de outro povo, com provas, e com sinais, e com milagres, e com peleja, e com mão poderosa, e com braço estendido, e com grandes espantos, segundo tudo quanto o SENHOR, vosso Deus, vos fez no Egito, aos vossos olhos. 35 A ti te foi mostrado para que soubesses que o SENHOR é Deus; nenhum outro há, senão ele. 36 Dos céus te fez ouvir a sua voz, para te ensinar, e sobre a terra te mostrou o seu grande fogo, e do meio do fogo ouviste as suas palavras. 37 Porquanto amou teus pais, e escolheu a sua descendência depois deles, e te tirou do Egito, ele mesmo presente e com a sua grande força, 38 para lançar de diante de ti nações maiores e mais poderosas do que tu, para te introduzir na sua terra e ta dar por herança, como hoje se vê. 39 Por isso, hoje, saberás e refletirás no teu coração que só o SENHOR é Deus em cima no céu e embaixo na terra; nenhum outro há. 40 Guarda, pois, os seus estatutos e os seus mandamentos que te ordeno hoje, para que te vá bem a ti e a teus filhos depois de ti e para que prolongues os dias na terra que o SENHOR, teu Deus, te dá para todo o sempre. 41 Então, Moisés separou três cidades dalém do Jordão, do lado do nascimento do sol, 42 para que se acolhesse ali o homicida que matasse, involuntariamente, o seu próximo, a quem, dantes, não tivesse ódio algum, e se acolhesse a uma destas cidades e vivesse: 43 Bezer, no deserto, no planalto, para os rubenitas; Ramote, em Gileade, para os gaditas; e Golã, em Basã, para os manassitas. 44 Esta é a lei que Moisés propôs aos filhos de Israel. 45 São estes os testemunhos, e os estatutos, e os juízos que Moisés falou aos filhos de Israel, quando saíram do Egito, 46 além do Jordão, no vale defronte de Bete-Peor, na terra de Seom, rei dos amorreus, que habitava em Hesbom, a quem Moisés e os filhos de Israel feriram ao saírem do Egito, 47 e tomaram a sua terra em possessão, como também a terra de Ogue, rei de Basã, dois reis dos amorreus, que estavam além do Jordão, do lado do nascimento do sol; 48 desde Aroer, que está à borda do vale de Arnom, até ao monte Siom, que é Hermom, 49 e toda a Arabá, além do Jordão, do lado oriental, até ao mar da Arabá, pelas faldas de Pisga. Audio Bible version King James Book Deuteronomy Chapter 4  ..... ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦  4 Now therefore hearken, O Israel, unto the statutes and unto the judgments, which I teach you, for to do them, that ye may live, and go in and possess the land which the Lord God of your fathers giveth you. 2 Ye shall not add unto the word which I command you, neither shall ye diminish ought from it, that ye may keep the commandments of the Lord your God which I command you. 3 Your eyes have seen what the Lord did because of Baalpeor: for all the men that followed Baalpeor, the Lord thy God hath destroyed them from among you. 4 But ye that did cleave unto the Lord your God are alive every one of you this day. 5 Behold, I have taught you statutes and judgments, even as the Lord my God commanded me, that ye should do so in the land whither ye go to possess it. 6 Keep therefore and do them; for this is your wisdom and your understanding in the sight of the nations, which shall hear all these statutes, and say, Surely this great nation is a wise and understanding people. 7 For what nation is there so great, who hath God so nigh unto them, as the Lord our God is in all things that we call upon him for? 8 And what nation is there so great, that hath statutes and judgments so righteous as all this law, which I set before you this day? 9 Only take heed to thyself, and keep thy soul diligently, lest thou forget the things which thine eyes have seen, and lest they depart from thy heart all the days of thy life: but teach them thy sons, and thy sons' sons; 10 Specially the day that thou stoodest before the Lord thy God in Horeb, when the Lord said unto me, Gather me the people together, and I will make them hear my words, that they may learn to fear me all the days that they shall live upon the earth, and that they may teach their children. 11 And ye came near and stood under the mountain; and the mountain burned with fire unto the midst of heaven, with darkness, clouds, and thick darkness. 12 And the Lord spake unto you out of the midst of the fire: ye heard the voice of the words, but saw no similitude; only ye heard a voice. 13 And he declared unto you his covenant, which he commanded you to perform, even ten commandments; and he wrote them upon two tables of stone. 14 And the Lord commanded me at that time to teach you statutes and judgments, that ye might do them in the land whither ye go over to possess it. 15 Take ye therefore good heed unto yourselves; for ye saw no manner of similitude on the day that the Lord spake unto you in Horeb out of the midst of the fire: 16 Lest ye corrupt yourselves, and make you a graven image, the similitude of any figure, the likeness of male or female, 17 The likeness of any beast that is on the earth, the likeness of any winged fowl that flieth in the air, 18 The likeness of any thing that creepeth on the ground, the likeness of any fish that is in the waters beneath the earth: 19 And lest thou lift up thine eyes unto heaven, and when thou seest the sun, and the moon, and the stars, even all the host of heaven, shouldest be driven to worship them, and serve them, which the Lord thy God hath divided unto all nations under the whole heaven. 20 But the Lord hath taken you, and brought you forth out of the iron furnace, even out of Egypt, to be unto him a people of inheritance, as ye are this day. 21 Furthermore the Lord was angry with me for your sakes, and sware that I should not go over Jordan, and that I should not go in unto that good land, which the Lord thy God giveth thee for an inheritance: 22 But I must die in this land, I must not go over Jordan: but ye shall go over, and possess that good land. 23 Take heed unto yourselves, lest ye forget the covenant of the Lord your God, which he made with you, and make you a graven image, or the likeness of any thing, which the Lord thy God hath forbidden thee. 24 For the Lord thy God is a consuming fire, even a jealous God. 25 When thou shalt beget children, and children's children, and ye shall have remained long in the land, and shall corrupt yourselves, and make a graven image, or the likeness of any thing, and shall do evil in the sight of the Lord thy God, to provoke him to anger: 26 I call heaven and earth to witness against you this day, that ye shall soon utterly perish from off the land whereunto ye go over Jordan to possess it; ye shall not prolong your days upon it, but shall utterly be destroyed. 27 And the Lord shall scatter you among the nations, and ye shall be left few in number among the heathen, whither the Lord shall lead you. 28 And there ye shall serve gods, the work of men's hands, wood and stone, which neither see, nor hear, nor eat, nor smell. 29 But if from thence thou shalt seek the Lord thy God, thou shalt find him, if thou seek him with all thy heart and with all thy soul. 30 When thou art in tribulation, and all these things are come upon thee, even in the latter days, if thou turn to the Lord thy God, and shalt be obedient unto his voice; 31 (For the Lord thy God is a merciful God;) he will not forsake thee, neither destroy thee, nor forget the covenant of thy fathers which he sware unto them. 32 For ask now of the days that are past, which were before thee, since the day that God created man upon the earth, and ask from the one side of heaven unto the other, whether there hath been any such thing as this great thing is, or hath been heard like it? 33 Did ever people hear the voice of God speaking out of the midst of the fire, as thou hast heard, and live? 34 Or hath God assayed to go and take him a nation from the midst of another nation, by temptations, by signs, and by wonders, and by war, and by a mighty hand, and by a stretched out arm, and by great terrors, according to all that the Lord your God did for you in Egypt before your eyes? 35 Unto thee it was shewed, that thou mightest know that the Lord he is God; there is none else beside him. 36 Out of heaven he made thee to hear his voice, that he might instruct thee: and upon earth he shewed thee his great fire; and thou heardest his words out of the midst of the fire. 37 And because he loved thy fathers, therefore he chose their seed after them, and brought thee out in his sight with his mighty power out of Egypt; 38 To drive out nations from before thee greater and mightier than thou art, to bring thee in, to give thee their land for an inheritance, as it is this day. 39 Know therefore this day, and consider it in thine heart, that the Lord he is God in heaven above, and upon the earth beneath: there is none else. 40 Thou shalt keep therefore his statutes, and his commandments, which I command thee this day, that it may go well with thee, and with thy children after thee, and that thou mayest prolong thy days upon the earth, which the Lord thy God giveth thee, for ever. 41 Then Moses severed three cities on this side Jordan toward the sunrising; 42 That the slayer might flee thither, which should kill his neighbour unawares, and hated him not in times past; and that fleeing unto one of these cities he might live: 43 Namely, Bezer in the wilderness, in the plain country, of the Reubenites; and Ramoth in Gilead, of the Gadites; and Golan in Bashan, of the Manassites. 44 And this is the law which Moses set before the children of Israel: 45 These are the testimonies, and the statutes, and the judgments, which Moses spake unto the children of Israel, after they came forth out of Egypt. 46 On this side Jordan, in the valley over against Bethpeor, in the land of Sihon king of the Amorites, who dwelt at Heshbon, whom Moses and the children of Israel smote, after they were come forth out of Egypt: 47 And they possessed his land, and the land of Og king of Bashan, two kings of the Amorites, which were on this side Jordan toward the sunrising; 48 From Aroer, which is by the bank of the river Arnon, even unto mount Sion, which is Hermon, 49 And all the plain on this side Jordan eastward, even unto the sea of the plain, under the springs of Pisgah. ..... ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦  ..... ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦  Salmos 86 1 Inclina, SENHOR, os ouvidos e responde-me, pois estou aflito e necessitado. 2 Preserva a minha alma, pois eu sou piedoso; tu, ó Deus meu, salva o teu servo que em ti confia. 3 Compadece-te de mim, ó Senhor, pois a ti clamo de contínuo. 4 Alegra a alma do teu servo, porque a ti, Senhor, elevo a minha alma. 5 Pois tu, Senhor, és bom e compassivo; abundante em benignidade para com todos os que te invocam. 6 Escuta, SENHOR, a minha oração e atende à voz das minhas súplicas. 7 No dia da minha angústia, clamo a ti, porque me respondes. 8 Não há entre os deuses semelhante a ti, Senhor; e nada existe que se compare às tuas obras. 9 Todas as nações que fizeste virão, prostrar-se-ão diante de ti, Senhor, e glorificarão o teu nome. 10 Pois tu és grande e operas maravilhas; só tu és Deus! 11 Ensina-me, SENHOR, o teu caminho, e andarei na tua verdade; dispõe-me o coração para só temer o teu nome. 12 Dar-te-ei graças, Senhor, Deus meu, de todo o coração, e glorificarei para sempre o teu nome. 13 Pois grande é a tua misericórdia para comigo, e me livraste a alma do mais profundo poder da morte. 14 Ó Deus, os soberbos se têm levantado contra mim, e um bando de violentos atenta contra a minha vida; eles não te consideram. 15 Mas tu, Senhor, és Deus compassivo e cheio de graça, paciente e grande em misericórdia e em verdade. 16 Volta-te para mim e compadece-te de mim; concede a tua força ao teu servo e salva o filho da tua serva. 17 Mostra-me um sinal do teu favor, para que o vejam e se envergonhem os que me aborrecem; I will walk in thy truth: unite my heart to fear thy name. 12 I will praise thee, O Lord my God, with all my heart: and I will glorify thy name for evermore. 13 For great is thy mercy toward me: and thou hast delivered my soul from the lowest hell. 14 O God, the proud are risen against me, and the assemblies of violent men have sought after my soul; and have not set thee before them. 15 But thou, O Lord, art a God full of compassion, and gracious, long suffering, and plenteous in mercy and truth. 16 O turn unto me, and have mercy upon me; give thy strength unto thy servant, and save the son of thine handmaid. 17 Shew me a token for good; that they which hate me may see it, and be ashamed: because thou, Lord, hast holpen me, and comforted me.  ..... ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ..... ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦  Salmos 87 1 Fundada por ele sobre os montes santos, 2 o SENHOR ama as portas de Sião mais do que as habitações todas de Jacó. 3 Gloriosas coisas se têm dito de ti, ó cidade de Deus! 4 Dentre os que me conhecem, farei menção de Raabe e da Babilônia; eis aí Filístia e Tiro com Etiópia; lá, nasceram. 5 E com respeito a Sião se dirá: Este e aquele nasceram nela; e o próprio Altíssimo a estabelecerá. 6 O SENHOR, ao registrar os povos, dirá: Este nasceu lá. 7 Todos os cantores, saltando de júbilo, entoarão: Todas as minhas fontes são em ti. ..... ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦  87 His foundation is in the holy mountains. 2 The Lord loveth the gates of Zion more than all the dwellings of Jacob. 3 Glorious things are spoken of thee, O city of God.  4 I will make mention of Rahab and Babylon to them that know me: behold Philistia, and Tyre, with Ethiopia; this man was born there. 5 And of Zion it shall be said, This and that man was born in her: and the highest himself shall establish her. 6 The Lord shall count, when he writeth up the people, that this man was born there.  7 As well the singers as the players on instruments shall be there: all my springs are in thee.  ..... ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ..... ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦  Isaías 32 1 Eis aí está que reinará um rei com justiça, e em retidão governarão príncipes. 2 Cada um servirá de esconderijo contra o vento, de refúgio contra a tempestade, de torrentes de águas em lugares secos e de sombra de grande rocha em terra sedenta. 3 Os olhos dos que vêem não se ofuscarão, e os ouvidos dos que ouvem estarão atentos. 4 O coração dos temerários saberá compreender, e a língua dos gagos falará pronta e distintamente. 5 Ao louco nunca mais se chamará nobre, e do fraudulento jamais se dirá que é magnânimo. 6 Porque o louco fala loucamente, e o seu coração obra o que é iníquo, para usar de impiedade e para proferir mentiras contra o SENHOR, para deixar o faminto na ânsia da sua fome e fazer que o sedento venha a ter falta de bebida. 7 Também as armas do fraudulento são más; ele maquina intrigas para arruinar os desvalidos, com palavras falsas, ainda quando a causa do pobre é justa. 8 Mas o nobre projeta coisas nobres e na sua nobreza perseverará. 9 Levantai-vos, mulheres que viveis despreocupadamente, e ouvi a minha voz; vós, filhas, que estais confiantes, inclinai os ouvidos às minhas palavras. 10 Porque daqui a um ano e dias vireis a tremer, ó mulheres que estais confiantes, porque a vindima se acabará, e não haverá colheita. 11 Tremei, mulheres que viveis despreocupadamente; turbai-vos, vós que estais confiantes. LEITURA Bíblia Sagrada Versão - João Ferreira de Almeida - 2ª edição PT-BR King James Version      Deuteronômio 3 Salmos 85  Isaías 31 LEITURA  30º DIA  ..... ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦  ..... ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦  Deuteronômio 3 1 Depois, nos viramos e subimos o caminho de Basã; e Ogue, rei de Basã, nos saiu ao encontro, ele e todo o seu povo, à peleja em Edrei. 2 Então, o SENHOR me disse: Não temas, porque a ele, e todo o seu povo, e sua terra dei na tua mão; e far-lhe-ás como fizeste a Seom, rei dos amorreus, que habitava em Hesbom. 3 Deu-nos o SENHOR, nosso Deus, em nossas mãos também a Ogue, rei de Basã, e a todo o seu povo; e ferimo-lo, até que lhe não ficou nenhum sobrevivente. 4 Nesse tempo, tomamos todas as suas cidades; nenhuma cidade houve que lhe não tomássemos: sessenta cidades, toda a região de Argobe, o reino de Ogue, em Basã. 5 Todas estas cidades eram fortificadas com altos muros, portas e ferrolhos; tomamos também outras muitas cidades, que eram sem muros. 6 Destruímo-las totalmente, como fizemos a Seom, rei de Hesbom, fazendo perecer, por completo, cada uma das cidades com os seus homens, suas mulheres e crianças. 7 Porém todo o gado e o despojo das cidades tomamos para nós, por presa. 8 Assim, nesse tempo, tomamos a terra da mão daqueles dois reis dos amorreus que estavam dalém do Jordão: desde o rio de Arnom até ao monte Hermom 9 (Os sidônios a Hermom chamam Siriom; porém os amorreus lhe chamam Senir.), 10 tomamos todas as cidades do planalto, e todo o Gileade, e todo o Basã, até Salca e Edrei, cidades do reino de Ogue, em Basã 11 (Porque só Ogue, rei de Basã, restou dos refains; eis que o seu leito, leito de ferro, não está, porventura, em Rabá dos filhos de Amom, sendo de nove côvados o seu comprimento, e de quatro, a sua largura, pelo côvado comum?). 12 Tomamos, pois, esta terra em possessão nesse tempo; desde Aroer, que está junto ao vale de Arnom, e a metade da região montanhosa de Gileade, com as suas cidades, dei aos rubenitas e gaditas. 13 O resto de Gileade, como também todo o Basã, o reino de Ogue, dei à meia tribo de Manassés; toda aquela região de Argobe, todo o Basã, se chamava a terra dos refains. 14 Jair, filho de Manassés, tomou toda a região de Argobe até ao limite dos gesuritas e maacatitas, isto é, Basã, e às aldeias chamou pelo seu nome: Havote-Jair, até o dia de hoje. 15 A Maquir dei Gileade. 16 Mas aos rubenitas e gaditas dei desde Gileade até ao vale de Arnom, cujo meio serve de limite; e até ao ribeiro de Jaboque, o limite dos filhos de Amom, 17 como também a Arabá e o Jordão por limite, desde Quinerete até ao mar da Arabá, o mar Salgado, pelas faldas de Pisga, para o oriente. 18 Nesse mesmo tempo, vos ordenei, dizendo: o SENHOR, vosso Deus, vos deu esta terra, para a possuirdes; passai, pois, armados, todos os homens valentes, adiante de vossos irmãos, os filhos de Israel. 19 Tão-somente vossas mulheres, e vossas crianças, e vosso gado (porque sei que tendes muito gado) ficarão nas vossas cidades que já vos tenho dado, 20 até que o SENHOR dê descanso a vossos irmãos como a vós outros, para que eles também ocupem a terra que o SENHOR, vosso Deus, lhes dá dalém do Jordão; então, voltareis cada qual à sua possessão que vos dei. 21 Também, nesse tempo, dei ordem a Josué, dizendo: os teus olhos vêem tudo o que o SENHOR, vosso Deus, tem feito a estes dois reis; assim fará o SENHOR a todos os reinos a que tu passarás. 22 Não os temais, porque o SENHOR, vosso Deus, é o que peleja por vós. 23 Também eu, nesse tempo, implorei graça ao SENHOR, dizendo: 24 Ó SENHOR Deus! Passaste a mostrar ao teu servo a tua grandeza e a tua poderosa mão; porque que deus há, nos céus ou na terra, que possa fazer segundo as tuas obras, segundo os teus poderosos feitos? 25 Rogo-te que me deixes passar, para que eu veja esta boa terra que está dalém do Jordão, esta boa região montanhosa e o Líbano. 26 Porém o SENHOR indignou-se muito contra mim, por vossa causa, e não me ouviu; antes, me disse: Basta! Não me fales mais nisto. 27 Sobe ao cimo de Pisga, levanta os olhos para o ocidente, e para o norte, e para o sul, e para o oriente e contempla com os próprios olhos, porque não passarás este Jordão. 28 Dá ordens a Josué, e anima-o, e fortalece-o; porque ele passará adiante deste povo e o fará possuir a terra que tu apenas verás. 29 Assim, ficamos no vale defronte de Bete-Peor. Audio Bible version King James Book Deuteronomy Chapter 3  ..... ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦  3 Then we turned, and went up the way to Bashan: and Og the king of Bashan came out against us, he and all his people, to battle at Edrei. 2 And the Lord said unto me, Fear him not: for I will deliver him, and all his people, and his land, into thy hand; and thou shalt do unto him as thou didst unto Sihon king of the Amorites, which dwelt at Heshbon. 3 So the Lord our God delivered into our hands Og also, the king of Bashan, and all his people: and we smote him until none was left to him remaining. 4 And we took all his cities at that time, there was not a city which we took not from them, threescore cities, all the region of Argob, the kingdom of Og in Bashan. 5 All these cities were fenced with high walls, gates, and bars; beside unwalled towns a great many. 6 And we utterly destroyed them, as we did unto Sihon king of Heshbon, utterly destroying the men, women, and children, of every city. 7 But all the cattle, and the spoil of the cities, we took for a prey to ourselves. 8 And we took at that time out of the hand of the two kings of the Amorites the land that was on this side Jordan, from the river of Arnon unto mount Hermon; 9 (Which Hermon the Sidonians call Sirion; and the Amorites call it Shenir;) 10 All the cities of the plain, and all Gilead, and all Bashan, unto Salchah and Edrei, cities of the kingdom of Og in Bashan. 11 For only Og king of Bashan remained of the remnant of giants; behold his bedstead was a bedstead of iron; is it not in Rabbath of the children of Ammon? nine cubits was the length thereof, and four cubits the breadth of it, after the cubit of a man. 12 And this land, which we possessed at that time, from Aroer, which is by the river Arnon, and half mount Gilead, and the cities thereof, gave I unto the Reubenites and to the Gadites. 13 And the rest of Gilead, and all Bashan, being the kingdom of Og, gave I unto the half tribe of Manasseh; all the region of Argob, with all Bashan, which was called the land of giants. 14 Jair the son of Manasseh took all the country of Argob unto the coasts of Geshuri and Maachathi; and called them after his own name, Bashanhavothjair, unto this day. 15 And I gave Gilead unto Machir. 16 And unto the Reubenites and unto the Gadites I gave from Gilead even unto the river Arnon half the valley, and the border even unto the river Jabbok, which is the border of the children of Ammon; 17 The plain also, and Jordan, and the coast thereof, from Chinnereth even unto the sea of the plain, even the salt sea, under Ashdothpisgah eastward. 18 And I commanded you at that time, saying, The Lord your God hath given you this land to possess it: ye shall pass over armed before your brethren the children of Israel, all that are meet for the war. 19 But your wives, and your little ones, and your cattle, (for I know that ye have much cattle,) shall abide in your cities which I have given you; 20 Until the Lord have given rest unto your brethren, as well as unto you, and until they also possess the land which the Lord your God hath given them beyond Jordan: and then shall ye return every man unto his possession, which I have given you. 21 And I commanded Joshua at that time, saying, Thine eyes have seen all that the Lord your God hath done unto these two kings: so shall the Lord do unto all the kingdoms whither thou passest. 22 Ye shall not fear them: for the Lord your God he shall fight for you. 23 And I besought the Lord at that time, saying, 24 O Lord God, thou hast begun to shew thy servant thy greatness, and thy mighty hand: for what God is there in heaven or in earth, that can do according to thy works, and according to thy might? 25 I pray thee, let me go over, and see the good land that is beyond Jordan, that goodly mountain, and Lebanon. 26 But the Lord was wroth with me for your sakes, and would not hear me: and the Lord said unto me, Let it suffice thee; speak no more unto me of this matter. 27 Get thee up into the top of Pisgah, and lift up thine eyes westward, and northward, and southward, and eastward, and behold it with thine eyes: for thou shalt not go over this Jordan. 28 But charge Joshua, and encourage him, and strengthen him: for he shall go over before this people, and he shall cause them to inherit the land which thou shalt see. 29 So we abode in the valley over against Bethpeor. ..... ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦  ..... ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦  Salmos 85 1 Favoreceste, SENHOR, a tua terra; restauraste a prosperidade de Jacó. 2 Perdoaste a iniqüidade de teu povo, encobriste os seus pecados todos. 3 A tua indignação, reprimiste-a toda, do furor da tua ira te desviaste. 4 Restabelece-nos, ó Deus da nossa salvação, e retira de sobre nós a tua ira. 5 Estarás para sempre irado contra nós? Prolongarás a tua ira por todas as gerações? 6 Porventura, não tornarás a vivificar-nos, para que em ti se regozije o teu povo? 7 Mostra-nos, SENHOR, a tua misericórdia e concede-nos a tua salvação. 8 Escutarei o que Deus, o SENHOR, disser, pois falará de paz ao seu povo e aos seus santos; e que jamais caiam em insensatez. 9 Próxima está a sua salvação dos que o temem, para que a glória assista em nossa terra. 10 Encontraram-se a graça e a verdade, a justiça e a paz se beijaram. 11 Da terra brota a verdade, dos céus a justiça baixa o seu olhar. 12 Também o SENHOR dará o que é bom, e a nossa terra produzirá o seu fruto. 13 A justiça irá adiante dele, cujas pegadas ela transforma em caminhos. ..... ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦  85 Lord, thou hast been favourable unto thy land: thou hast brought back the captivity of Jacob. 2 Thou hast forgiven the iniquity of thy people, thou hast covered all their sin.  3 Thou hast taken away all thy wrath: thou hast turned thyself from the fierceness of thine anger. 4 Turn us, O God of our salvation, and cause thine anger toward us to cease. 5 Wilt thou be angry with us for ever? wilt thou draw out thine anger to all generations? 6 Wilt thou not revive us again: that thy people may rejoice in thee? 7 Shew us thy mercy, O Lord, and grant us thy salvation. 8 I will hear what God the Lord will speak: for he will speak peace unto his people, and to his saints: but let them not turn again to folly. 9 Surely his salvation is nigh them that fear him; that glory may dwell in our land. 10 Mercy and truth are met together; righteousness and peace have kissed each other. 11 Truth shall spring out of the earth; and righteousness shall look down from heaven. 12 Yea, the Lord shall give that which is good; and our land shall yield her increase. 13 Righteousness shall go before him; and shall set us in the way of his steps.  ..... ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ..... ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦  Isaías 31 1 Ai dos que descem ao Egito em busca de socorro e se estribam em cavalos; que confiam em carros, porque são muitos, e em cavaleiros, porque são mui fortes, mas não atentam para o Santo de Israel, nem buscam ao SENHOR! 2 Todavia, este é sábio, e faz vir o mal, e não retira as suas palavras; ele se levantará contra a casa dos malfeitores e contra a ajuda dos que praticam a iniqüidade. 3 Pois os egípcios são homens e não deuses; os seus cavalos, carne e não espírito. Quando o SENHOR estender a mão, cairão por terra tanto o auxiliador como o ajudado, e ambos juntamente serão consumidos. 4 Porque assim me disse o SENHOR: Como o leão e o cachorro do leão rugem sobre a sua presa, ainda que se convoque contra eles grande número de pastores, e não se espantam das suas vozes, nem se abatem pela sua multidão, assim o SENHOR dos Exércitos descerá, para pelejar sobre o monte Sião e sobre o seu outeiro. 5 Como pairam as aves, assim o SENHOR dos Exércitos amparará a Jerusalém; protegê-la-á e salvá-la-á, poupá-la-á e livrá-la-á. 6 Convertei-vos, pois, ó filhos de Israel, àquele de quem tanto vos afastastes. 7 Pois, naquele dia, cada um lançará fora os seus ídolos de prata e os seus ídolos de ouro, que as vossas mãos fabricaram para pecardes. 8 Então, a Assíria cairá pela espada, não de homem; a espada, não de homem, a devorará; fugirá diante da espada, e os seus jovens serão sujeitos a trabalhos forçados. 9 De medo não atinará com a sua rocha de refúgio; os seus príncipes, espavoridos, desertarão a bandeira, diz o SENHOR, cujo fogo está em Sião e cuja fornalha, em Jerusalém. ..... ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦  31 Woe to them that go down to Egypt for help; and stay on horses, and trust in chariots, because they are many; and in horsemen, because they are very strong; but they look not unto the Holy One of Israel, neither seek the Lord! 2 Yet he also is wise, and will bring evil, and will not call back his words: but will arise against the house of the evildoers, and against the help of them that work iniquity. 3 Now the Egyptians are men, and not God; and their horses flesh, and not spirit. When the Lord shall stretch out his hand, both he that helpeth shall fall, and he that is holpen shall fall down, and they all shall fail together. 4 For thus hath the Lord spoken unto me, Like as the lion and the young lion roaring on his prey, when a multitude of shepherds is called forth against him, he will not be afraid of their voice, nor abase himself for the noise of them: so shall the Lord of hosts come down to fight for mount Zion, and for the hill thereof. 5 As birds flying, so will the Lord of hosts defend Jerusalem; defending also he will deliver it; and passing over he will preserve it. 6 Turn ye unto him from whom the children of Israel have deeply revolted. 7 For in that day every man shall cast away his idols of silver, and his idols of gold, which your own hands have made unto you for a sin. 8 Then shall the Assyrian fall with the sword, not of a mighty man; and the sword, not of a mean man, shall devour him: but he shall flee from the sword, and his young men shall be discomfited. 9 And he shall pass over to his strong hold for fear, and his princes shall be afraid of the ensign, saith the Lord, whose fire is in Zion, and his furnace in Jerusalem. ..... ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦  Observações por Blog Heavenly Heavenly Não está no SENHOR, o desprezar a quem seja. Contudo, o ensejo da religiosidade convence os povos de que o Criador é um Deus de juízo. Com isso, ocorreu a uniformidade desde  o princípio, em todas as religiões e crenças humanas sobre um Deus de juízo. Mas nem por isso O temem. Ao contrário. Não soube a religiosidade e  ninguém o soube? Do que fez o SENHOR? Não soube da expressão de Seu Amor, em tudo e a todos, notável?  A verdade é que não somos para o Deus Altíssimo um jogo de poder, somos almas. Somos pessoas de valor, diga-se, um valor que não entendemos. Pois aqui na Terra, a maioria dos homens tratam a seu semelhante como sendo coisas que trocam-se por outras coisas. ..... ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦  ..... ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦  "Mostra-nos, SENHOR,  a tua misericórdia e  concede-nos a tua salvação.
