LEITURA Bíblia Sagrada Versão - João Ferreira de Almeida - 2ª edição PT-BR King James Version      Êxodo 22 João 2  Jó 41 LEITURA  12º DIA  ..... ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦  ..... ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦  Êxodo 22 1 Se alguém furtar boi ou ovelha e o abater ou vender, por um boi pagará cinco bois, e quatro ovelhas por uma ovelha. 2 Se um ladrão for achado arrombando uma casa e, sendo ferido, morrer, quem o feriu não será culpado do sangue. 3 Se, porém, já havia sol quando tal se deu, quem o feriu será culpado do sangue; neste caso, o ladrão fará restituição total. Se não tiver com que pagar, será vendido por seu furto. 4 Se aquilo que roubou for achado vivo em seu poder, seja boi, jumento ou ovelha, pagará o dobro. 5 Se alguém fizer pastar o seu animal num campo ou numa vinha e o largar para comer em campo de outrem, pagará com o melhor do seu próprio campo e o melhor da sua própria vinha. 6 Se irromper fogo, e pegar nos espinheiros, e destruir as medas de cereais, ou a messe, ou o campo, aquele que acendeu o fogo pagará totalmente o queimado. 7 Se alguém der ao seu próximo dinheiro ou objetos a guardar, e isso for furtado àquele que o recebeu, se for achado o ladrão, este pagará o dobro. 8 Se o ladrão não for achado, então, o dono da casa será levado perante os juízes, a ver se não meteu a mão nos bens do próximo. 9 Em todo negócio frauduloso, seja a respeito de boi, ou de jumento, ou de ovelhas, ou de roupas, ou de qualquer coisa perdida, de que uma das partes diz: Esta é a coisa, a causa de ambas as partes se levará perante os juízes; aquele a quem os juízes condenarem pagará o dobro ao seu próximo. 10 Se alguém der ao seu próximo a guardar jumento, ou boi, ou ovelha, ou outro animal qualquer, e este morrer, ou ficar aleijado, ou for afugentado, sem que ninguém o veja, 11 então, haverá juramento do SENHOR entre ambos, de que não meteu a mão nos bens do seu próximo; o dono aceitará o juramento, e o outro não fará restituição. 12 Porém, se, de fato, lhe for furtado, pagá-lo-á ao seu dono. 13 Se for dilacerado, trá-lo-á em testemunho disso e não pagará o dilacerado. 14 Se alguém pedir emprestado a seu próximo um animal, e este ficar aleijado ou morrer, não estando presente o dono, pagá-lo-á. 15 Se o dono esteve presente, não o pagará; se foi alugado, o preço do aluguel será o pagamento. 16 Se alguém seduzir qualquer virgem que não estava desposada e se deitar com ela, pagará seu dote e a tomará por mulher. 17 Se o pai dela definitivamente recusar dar-lha, pagará ele em dinheiro conforme o dote das virgens. 18 A feiticeira não deixarás viver. 19 Quem tiver coito com animal será morto. 20 Quem sacrificar aos deuses e não somente ao SENHOR será destruído. 21 Não afligirás o forasteiro, nem o oprimirás; pois forasteiros fostes na terra do Egito. 22 A nenhuma viúva nem órfão afligireis. 23 Se de algum modo os afligirdes, e eles clamarem a mim, eu lhes ouvirei o clamor; 24 a minha ira se acenderá, e vos matarei à espada; vossas mulheres ficarão viúvas, e vossos filhos, órfãos. 25 Se emprestares dinheiro ao meu povo, ao pobre que está contigo, não te haverás com ele como credor que impõe juros. 26 Se do teu próximo tomares em penhor a sua veste, lha restituirás antes do pôr-do-sol; 27 porque é com ela que se cobre, é a veste do seu corpo; em que se deitaria? Será, pois, que, quando clamar a mim, eu o ouvirei, porque sou misericordioso. 28 Contra Deus não blasfemarás, nem amaldiçoarás o príncipe do teu povo. 29 Não tardarás em trazer ofertas do melhor das tuas ceifas e das tuas vinhas; o primogênito de teus filhos me darás. 30 Da mesma sorte, farás com os teus bois e com as tuas ovelhas; sete dias ficará a cria com a mãe, e, ao oitavo dia, ma darás. 31 Ser-me-eis homens consagrados; portanto, não comereis carne dilacerada no campo; deitá-la-eis aos cães. ..... ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦  22 If a man shall steal an ox, or a sheep, and kill it, or sell it; he shall restore five oxen for an ox, and four sheep for a sheep. 2 If a thief be found breaking up, and be smitten that he die, there shall no blood be shed for him. 3 If the sun be risen upon him, there shall be blood shed for him; for he should make full restitution; if he have nothing, then he shall be sold for his theft. 4 If the theft be certainly found in his hand alive, whether it be ox, or ass, or sheep; he shall restore double. 5 If a man shall cause a field or vineyard to be eaten, and shall put in his beast, and shall feed in another man's field; of the best of his own field, and of the best of his own vineyard, shall he make restitution. 6 If fire break out, and catch in thorns, so that the stacks of corn, or the standing corn, or the field, be consumed therewith; he that kindled the fire shall surely make restitution. 7 If a man shall deliver unto his neighbour money or stuff to keep, and it be stolen out of the man's house; if the thief be found, let him pay double. 8 If the thief be not found, then the master of the house shall be brought unto the judges, to see whether he have put his hand unto his neighbour's goods. 9 For all manner of trespass, whether it be for ox, for ass, for sheep, for raiment, or for any manner of lost thing which another challengeth to be his, the cause of both parties shall come before the judges; and whom the judges shall condemn, he shall pay double unto his neighbour. 10 If a man deliver unto his neighbour an ass, or an ox, or a sheep, or any beast, to keep; and it die, or be hurt, or driven away, no man seeing it: 11 Then shall an oath of the Lord be between them both, that he hath not put his hand unto his neighbour's goods; and the owner of it shall accept thereof, and he shall not make it good. 12 And if it be stolen from him, he shall make restitution unto the owner thereof. 13 If it be torn in pieces, then let him bring it for witness, and he shall not make good that which was torn. 14 And if a man borrow ought of his neighbour, and it be hurt, or die, the owner thereof being not with it, he shall surely make it good. 15 But if the owner thereof be with it, he shall not make it good: if it be an hired thing, it came for his hire. 16 And if a man entice a maid that is not betrothed, and lie with her, he shall surely endow her to be his wife. 17 If her father utterly refuse to give her unto him, he shall pay money according to the dowry of virgins. 18 Thou shalt not suffer a witch to live. 19 Whosoever lieth with a beast shall surely be put to death. 20 He that sacrificeth unto any god, save unto the Lord only, he shall be utterly destroyed. 21 Thou shalt neither vex a stranger, nor oppress him: for ye were strangers in the land of Egypt. 22 Ye shall not afflict any widow, or fatherless child. 23 If thou afflict them in any wise, and they cry at all unto me, I will surely hear their cry; 24 And my wrath shall wax hot, and I will kill you with the sword; and your wives shall be widows, and your children fatherless. 25 If thou lend money to any of my people that is poor by thee, thou shalt not be to him as an usurer, neither shalt thou lay upon him usury. 26 If thou at all take thy neighbour's raiment to pledge, thou shalt deliver it unto him by that the sun goeth down: 27 For that is his covering only, it is his raiment for his skin: wherein shall he sleep? and it shall come to pass, when he crieth unto me, that I will hear; for I am gracious. 28 Thou shalt not revile the gods, nor curse the ruler of thy people. 29 Thou shalt not delay to offer the first of thy ripe fruits, and of thy liquors: the firstborn of thy sons shalt thou give unto me. 30 Likewise shalt thou do with thine oxen, and with thy sheep: seven days it shall be with his dam; on the eighth day thou shalt give it me. 31 And ye shall be holy men unto me: neither shall ye eat any flesh that is torn of beasts in the field; ye shall cast it to the dogs. ..... ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦  ..... ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦  João 2 1 Três dias depois, houve um casamento em Caná da Galiléia, achando-se ali a mãe de Jesus. 2 Jesus também foi convidado, com os seus discípulos, para o casamento. 3 Tendo acabado o vinho, a mãe de Jesus lhe disse: Eles não têm mais vinho. 4 Mas Jesus lhe disse: Mulher, que tenho eu contigo? Ainda não é chegada a minha hora. 5 Então, ela falou aos serventes: Fazei tudo o que ele vos disser. 6 Estavam ali seis talhas de pedra, que os judeus usavam para as purificações, e cada uma levava duas ou três metretas. 7 Jesus lhes disse: Enchei de água as talhas. E eles as encheram totalmente. 8 Então, lhes determinou: Tirai agora e levai ao mestre-sala. Eles o fizeram. 9 Tendo o mestre-sala provado a água transformada em vinho (não sabendo donde viera, se bem que o sabiam os serventes que haviam tirado a água), chamou o noivo 10 e lhe disse: Todos costumam pôr primeiro o bom vinho e, quando já beberam fartamente, servem o inferior; tu, porém, guardaste o bom vinho até agora. 11 Com este, deu Jesus princípio a seus sinais em Caná da Galiléia; manifestou a sua glória, e os seus discípulos creram nele. 12 Depois disto, desceu ele para Cafarnaum, com sua mãe, seus irmãos e seus discípulos; e ficaram ali não muitos dias. 13 Estando próxima a Páscoa dos judeus, subiu Jesus para Jerusalém. 14 E encontrou no templo os que vendiam bois, ovelhas e pombas e também os cambistas assentados; 15 tendo feito um azorrague de cordas, expulsou todos do templo, bem como as ovelhas e os bois, derramou pelo chão o dinheiro dos cambistas, virou as mesas 16 e disse aos que vendiam as pombas: Tirai daqui estas coisas; não façais da casa de meu Pai casa de negócio. 17 Lembraram-se os seus discípulos de que está escrito: O zelo da tua casa me consumirá. 18 Perguntaram-lhe, pois, os judeus: Que sinal nos mostras, para fazeres estas coisas? 19 Jesus lhes respondeu: Destruí este santuário, e em três dias o reconstruirei. 20 Replicaram os judeus: Em quarenta e seis anos foi edificado este santuário, e tu, em três dias, o levantarás? 21 Ele, porém, se referia ao santuário do seu corpo. 22 Quando, pois, Jesus ressuscitou dentre os mortos, lembraram-se os seus discípulos de que ele dissera isto; e creram na Escritura e na palavra de Jesus. 23 Estando ele em Jerusalém, durante a Festa da Páscoa, muitos, vendo os sinais que ele fazia, creram no seu nome; 24 mas o próprio Jesus não se confiava a eles, porque os conhecia a todos. 25 E não precisava de que alguém lhe desse testemunho a respeito do homem, porque ele mesmo sabia o que era a natureza humana. ..... ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦  2 And the third day there was a marriage in Cana of Galilee; and the mother of Jesus was there: 2 And both Jesus was called, and his disciples, to the marriage. 3 And when they wanted wine, the mother of Jesus saith unto him, They have no wine. 4 Jesus saith unto her, Woman, what have I to do with thee? mine hour is not yet come. 5 His mother saith unto the servants, Whatsoever he saith unto you, do it. 6 And there were set there six waterpots of stone, after the manner of the purifying of the Jews, containing two or three firkins apiece. 7 Jesus saith unto them, Fill the waterpots with water. And they filled them up to the brim. 8 And he saith unto them, Draw out now, and bear unto the governor of the feast. And they bare it. 9 When the ruler of the feast had tasted the water that was made wine, and knew not whence it was: (but the servants which drew the water knew;) the governor of the feast called the bridegroom, 10 And saith unto him, Every man at the beginning doth set forth good wine; and when men have well drunk, then that which is worse: but thou hast kept the good wine until now. 11 This beginning of miracles did Jesus in Cana of Galilee, and manifested forth his glory; and his disciples believed on him. 12 After this he went down to Capernaum, he, and his mother, and his brethren, and his disciples: and they continued there not many days. 13 And the Jews' passover was at hand, and Jesus went up to Jerusalem. 14 And found in the temple those that sold oxen and sheep and doves, and the changers of money sitting: 15 And when he had made a scourge of small cords, he drove them all out of the temple, and the sheep, and the oxen; and poured out the changers' money, and overthrew the tables; 16 And said unto them that sold doves, Take these things hence; make not my Father's house an house of merchandise. 17 And his disciples remembered that it was written, The zeal of thine house hath eaten me up. 18 Then answered the Jews and said unto him, What sign shewest thou unto us, seeing that thou doest these things? 19 Jesus answered and said unto them, Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up. 20 Then said the Jews, Forty and six years was this temple in building, and wilt thou rear it up in three days? 21 But he spake of the temple of his body. 22 When therefore he was risen from the dead, his disciples remembered that he had said this unto them; and they believed the scripture, and the word which Jesus had said. 23 Now when he was in Jerusalem at the passover, in the feast day, many believed in his name, when they saw the miracles which he did. 24 But Jesus did not commit himself unto them, because he knew all men, 25 And needed not that any should testify of man: for he knew what was in man. ..... ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦  ..... ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦  Jó 41 1 Podes tu, com anzol, apanhar o crocodilo ou lhe travar a língua com uma corda? 2 Podes meter-lhe no nariz uma vara de junco? Ou furar-lhe as bochechas com um gancho? 3 Acaso, te fará muitas súplicas? Ou te falará palavras brandas? 4 Fará ele acordo contigo? Ou tomá-lo-ás por servo para sempre? 5 Brincarás com ele, como se fora um passarinho? Ou tê-lo-ás preso à correia para as tuas meninas? 6 Acaso, os teus sócios negociam com ele? Ou o repartirão entre os mercadores? 7 Encher-lhe-ás a pele de arpões? Ou a cabeça, de farpas? 8 Põe a mão sobre ele, lembra-te da peleja e nunca mais o intentarás. 9 Eis que a gente se engana em sua esperança; acaso, não será o homem derribado só em vê-lo? 10 Ninguém há tão ousado, que se atreva a despertá-lo. Quem é, pois, aquele que pode erguer-se diante de mim? 11 Quem primeiro me deu a mim, para que eu haja de retribuir-lhe? Pois o que está debaixo de todos os céus é meu. 12 Não me calarei a respeito dos seus membros, nem da sua grande força, nem da graça da sua compostura. 13 Quem lhe abrirá as vestes do seu dorso? Ou lhe penetrará a couraça dobrada? 14 Quem abriria as portas do seu rosto? Pois em roda dos seus dentes está o terror. 15 As fileiras de suas escamas são o seu orgulho, cada uma bem encostada como por um selo que as ajusta. 16 A tal ponto uma se chega à outra, que entre elas não entra nem o ar. 17 Umas às outras se ligam, aderem entre si e não se podem separar. 18 Cada um dos seus espirros faz resplandecer luz, e os seus olhos são como as pestanas da alva. 19 Da sua boca saem tochas; faíscas de fogo saltam dela. 20 Das suas narinas procede fumaça, como de uma panela fervente ou de juncos que ardem. 21 O seu hálito faz incender os carvões; e da sua boca sai chama. 22 No seu pescoço reside a força; e diante dele salta o desespero. 23 Suas partes carnudas são bem pegadas entre si; todas fundidas nele e imóveis. 24 O seu coração é firme como uma pedra, firme como a mó de baixo. 25 Levantando-se ele, tremem os valentes; quando irrompe, ficam como que fora de si. 26 Se o golpe de espada o alcança, de nada vale, nem de lança, de dardo ou de flecha. 27 Para ele, o ferro é palha, e o cobre, pau podre. 28 A seta o não faz fugir; as pedras das fundas se lhe tornam em restolho. 29 Os porretes atirados são para ele como palha, e ri-se do brandir da lança. 30 Debaixo do ventre, há escamas pontiagudas; arrasta-se sobre a lama, como um instrumento de debulhar. 31 As profundezas faz ferver, como uma panela; torna o mar como caldeira de ungüento. 32 Após si, deixa um sulco luminoso; o abismo parece ter-se encanecido. 33 Na terra, não tem ele igual, pois foi feito para nunca ter medo. 34 Ele olha com desprezo tudo o que é alto; é rei sobre todos os animais orgulhosos. ..... ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦  41 Canst thou draw out leviathan with an hook? or his tongue with a cord which thou lettest down? 2 Canst thou put an hook into his nose? or bore his jaw through with a thorn? 3 Will he make many supplications unto thee? will he speak soft words unto thee? 4 Will he make a covenant with thee? wilt thou take him for a servant for ever? 5 Wilt thou play with him as with a bird? or wilt thou bind him for thy maidens? 6 Shall the companions make a banquet of him? shall they part him among the merchants? 7 Canst thou fill his skin with barbed irons? or his head with fish spears? 8 Lay thine hand upon him, remember the battle, do no more. 9 Behold, the hope of him is in vain: shall not one be cast down even at the sight of him? 10 None is so fierce that dare stir him up: who then is able to stand before me? 11 Who hath prevented me, that I should repay him? whatsoever is under the whole heaven is mine. 12 I will not conceal his parts, nor his power, nor his comely proportion. 13 Who can discover the face of his garment? or who can come to him with his double bridle? 14 Who can open the doors of his face? his teeth are terrible round about. 15 His scales are his pride, shut up together as with a close seal. 16 One is so near to another, that no air can come between them. 17 They are joined one to another, they stick together, that they cannot be sundered. 18 By his neesings a light doth shine, and his eyes are like the eyelids of the morning. 19 Out of his mouth go burning lamps, and sparks of fire leap out. 20 Out of his nostrils goeth smoke, as out of a seething pot or caldron. 21 His breath kindleth coals, and a flame goeth out of his mouth. 22 In his neck remaineth strength, and sorrow is turned into joy before him. 23 The flakes of his flesh are joined together: they are firm in themselves; they cannot be moved. 24 His heart is as firm as a stone; yea, as hard as a piece of the nether millstone. 25 When he raiseth up himself, the mighty are afraid: by reason of breakings they purify themselves. 26 The sword of him that layeth at him cannot hold: the spear, the dart, nor the habergeon. 27 He esteemeth iron as straw, and brass as rotten wood. 28 The arrow cannot make him flee: slingstones are turned with him into stubble. 29 Darts are counted as stubble: he laugheth at the shaking of a spear. 30 Sharp stones are under him: he spreadeth sharp pointed things upon the mire. 31 He maketh the deep to boil like a pot: he maketh the sea like a pot of ointment. 32 He maketh a path to shine after him; one would think the deep to be hoary. 33 Upon earth there is not his like, who is made without fear. 34 He beholdeth all high things: he is a king over all the children of pride. ..... ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦
