LEITURA Bíblia Sagrada Versão - João Ferreira de Almeida - 2ª edição PT-BR King James Version      Êxodo 9 Lucas 14  Jó 28 LEITURA  27º DIA  ..... ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦  ..... ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦  Êxodo 9 1 Disse o SENHOR a Moisés: Apresenta-te a Faraó e dize-lhe: Assim diz o SENHOR, o Deus dos hebreus: Deixa ir o meu povo, para que me sirva. 2 Porque, se recusares deixá-los ir e ainda por força os detiveres, 3 eis que a mão do SENHOR será sobre o teu rebanho, que está no campo, sobre os cavalos, sobre os jumentos, sobre os camelos, sobre o gado e sobre as ovelhas, com pestilência gravíssima. 4 E o SENHOR fará distinção entre os rebanhos de Israel e o rebanho do Egito, para que nada morra de tudo o que pertence aos filhos de Israel. 5 O SENHOR designou certo tempo, dizendo: Amanhã, fará o SENHOR isto na terra. 6 E o SENHOR o fez no dia seguinte, e todo o rebanho dos egípcios morreu; porém, do rebanho dos israelitas, não morreu nem um. 7 Faraó mandou ver, e eis que do rebanho de Israel não morrera nem um sequer; porém o coração de Faraó se endureceu, e não deixou ir o povo. 8 Então, disse o SENHOR a Moisés e a Arão: Apanhai mãos cheias de cinza de forno, e Moisés atire-a para o céu diante de Faraó. 9 Ela se tornará em pó miúdo sobre toda a terra do Egito e se tornará em tumores que se arrebentem em úlceras nos homens e nos animais, por toda a terra do Egito. 10 Eles tomaram cinza de forno e se apresentaram a Faraó; Moisés atirou-a para o céu, e ela se tornou em tumores que se arrebentavam em úlceras nos homens e nos animais, 11 de maneira que os magos não podiam permanecer diante de Moisés, por causa dos tumores; porque havia tumores nos magos e em todos os egípcios. 12 Porém o SENHOR endureceu o coração de Faraó, e este não os ouviu, como o SENHOR tinha dito a Moisés. 13 Disse o SENHOR a Moisés: Levanta-te pela manhã cedo, apresenta-te a Faraó e dize-lhe: Assim diz o SENHOR, o Deus dos hebreus: Deixa ir o meu povo, para que me sirva. 14 Pois esta vez enviarei todas as minhas pragas sobre o teu coração, e sobre os teus oficiais, e sobre o teu povo, para que saibas que não há quem me seja semelhante em toda a terra. 15 Pois já eu poderia ter estendido a mão para te ferir a ti e o teu povo com pestilência, e terias sido cortado da terra; 16 mas, deveras, para isso te hei mantido, a fim de mostrar-te o meu poder, e para que seja o meu nome anunciado em toda a terra. 17 Ainda te levantas contra o meu povo, para não deixá-lo ir? 18 Eis que amanhã, por este tempo, farei cair mui grave chuva de pedras, como nunca houve no Egito, desde o dia em que foi fundado até hoje. 19 Agora, pois, manda recolher o teu gado e tudo o que tens no campo; todo homem e animal que se acharem no campo e não se recolherem a casa, em caindo sobre eles a chuva de pedras, morrerão. 20 Quem dos oficiais de Faraó temia a palavra do SENHOR fez fugir os seus servos e o seu gado para as casas; 21 aquele, porém, que não se importava com a palavra do SENHOR deixou ficar no campo os seus servos e o seu gado. 22 Então, disse o SENHOR a Moisés: Estende a mão para o céu, e cairá chuva de pedras em toda a terra do Egito, sobre homens, sobre animais e sobre toda planta do campo na terra do Egito. 23 E Moisés estendeu o seu bordão para o céu; o SENHOR deu trovões e chuva de pedras, e fogo desceu sobre a terra; e fez o SENHOR cair chuva de pedras sobre a terra do Egito. 24 De maneira que havia chuva de pedras e fogo misturado com a chuva de pedras tão grave, qual nunca houve em toda a terra do Egito, desde que veio a ser uma nação. 25 Por toda a terra do Egito a chuva de pedras feriu tudo quanto havia no campo, tanto homens como animais; feriu também a chuva de pedras toda planta do campo e quebrou todas as árvores do campo. 26 Somente na terra de Gósen, onde estavam os filhos de Israel, não havia chuva de pedras. 27 Então, Faraó mandou chamar a Moisés e a Arão e lhes disse: Esta vez pequei; o SENHOR é justo, porém eu e o meu povo somos ímpios. 28 Orai ao SENHOR; pois já bastam estes grandes trovões e a chuva de pedras. Eu vos deixarei ir, e não ficareis mais aqui. 29 Respondeu-lhe Moisés: Em saindo eu da cidade, estenderei as mãos ao SENHOR; os trovões cessarão, e já não haverá chuva de pedras; para que saibas que a terra é do SENHOR. 30 Quanto a ti, porém, e aos teus oficiais, eu sei que ainda não temeis ao SENHOR Deus. 31 (O linho e a cevada foram feridos, pois a cevada já estava na espiga, e o linho, em flor. 32 Porém o trigo e o centeio não sofreram dano, porque ainda não haviam nascido.) 33 Saiu, pois, Moisés da presença de Faraó e da cidade e estendeu as mãos ao SENHOR; cessaram os trovões e a chuva de pedras, e não caiu mais chuva sobre a terra. 34 Tendo visto Faraó que cessaram as chuvas, as pedras e os trovões, tornou a pecar e endureceu o coração, ele e os seus oficiais. 35 E assim Faraó, de coração endurecido, não deixou ir os filhos de Israel, como o SENHOR tinha dito a Moisés. ..... ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦  9 Then the Lord said unto Moses, Go in unto Pharaoh, and tell him, Thus saith the Lord God of the Hebrews, Let my people go, that they may serve me. 2 For if thou refuse to let them go, and wilt hold them still, 3 Behold, the hand of the Lord is upon thy cattle which is in the field, upon the horses, upon the asses, upon the camels, upon the oxen, and upon the sheep: there shall be a very grievous murrain. 4 And the Lord shall sever between the cattle of Israel and the cattle of Egypt: and there shall nothing die of all that is the children's of Israel. 5 And the Lord appointed a set time, saying, To morrow the Lord shall do this thing in the land. 6 And the Lord did that thing on the morrow, and all the cattle of Egypt died: but of the cattle of the children of Israel died not one. 7 And Pharaoh sent, and, behold, there was not one of the cattle of the Israelites dead. And the heart of Pharaoh was hardened, and he did not let the people go. 8 And the Lord said unto Moses and unto Aaron, Take to you handfuls of ashes of the furnace, and let Moses sprinkle it toward the heaven in the sight of Pharaoh. 9 And it shall become small dust in all the land of Egypt, and shall be a boil breaking forth with blains upon man, and upon beast, throughout all the land of Egypt. 10 And they took ashes of the furnace, and stood before Pharaoh; and Moses sprinkled it up toward heaven; and it became a boil breaking forth with blains upon man, and upon beast. 11 And the magicians could not stand before Moses because of the boils; for the boil was upon the magicians, and upon all the Egyptians. 12 And the Lord hardened the heart of Pharaoh, and he hearkened not unto them; as the Lord had spoken unto Moses. 13 And the Lord said unto Moses, Rise up early in the morning, and stand before Pharaoh, and say unto him, Thus saith the Lord God of the Hebrews, Let my people go, that they may serve me. 14 For I will at this time send all my plagues upon thine heart, and upon thy servants, and upon thy people; that thou mayest know that there is none like me in all the earth. 15 For now I will stretch out my hand, that I may smite thee and thy people with pestilence; and thou shalt be cut off from the earth. 16 And in very deed for this cause have I raised thee up, for to shew in thee my power; and that my name may be declared throughout all the earth. 17 As yet exaltest thou thyself against my people, that thou wilt not let them go? 18 Behold, to morrow about this time I will cause it to rain a very grievous hail, such as hath not been in Egypt since the foundation thereof even until now. 19 Send therefore now, and gather thy cattle, and all that thou hast in the field; for upon every man and beast which shall be found in the field, and shall not be brought home, the hail shall come down upon them, and they shall die. 20 He that feared the word of the Lord among the servants of Pharaoh made his servants and his cattle flee into the houses: 21 And he that regarded not the word of the Lord left his servants and his cattle in the field. 22 And the Lord said unto Moses, Stretch forth thine hand toward heaven, that there may be hail in all the land of Egypt, upon man, and upon beast, and upon every herb of the field, throughout the land of Egypt. 23 And Moses stretched forth his rod toward heaven: and the Lord sent thunder and hail, and the fire ran along upon the ground; and the Lord rained hail upon the land of Egypt. 24 So there was hail, and fire mingled with the hail, very grievous, such as there was none like it in all the land of Egypt since it became a nation. 25 And the hail smote throughout all the land of Egypt all that was in the field, both man and beast; and the hail smote every herb of the field, and brake every tree of the field. 26 Only in the land of Goshen, where the children of Israel were, was there no hail. 27 And Pharaoh sent, and called for Moses and Aaron, and said unto them, I have sinned this time: the Lord is righteous, and I and my people are wicked. 28 Intreat the Lord (for it is enough) that there be no more mighty thunderings and hail; and I will let you go, and ye shall stay no longer. 29 And Moses said unto him, As soon as I am gone out of the city, I will spread abroad my hands unto the Lord; and the thunder shall cease, neither shall there be any more hail; that thou mayest know how that the earth is the Lord's. 30 But as for thee and thy servants, I know that ye will not yet fear the Lord God. 31 And the flax and the barley was smitten: for the barley was in the ear, and the flax was bolled. 32 But the wheat and the rie were not smitten: for they were not grown up. 33 And Moses went out of the city from Pharaoh, and spread abroad his hands unto the Lord: and the thunders and hail ceased, and the rain was not poured upon the earth. 34 And when Pharaoh saw that the rain and the hail and the thunders were ceased, he sinned yet more, and hardened his heart, he and his servants. 35 And the heart of Pharaoh was hardened, neither would he let the children of Israel go; as the Lord had spoken by Moses. ..... ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦  ..... ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦  Lucas 14 1 Aconteceu que, ao entrar ele num sábado na casa de um dos principais fariseus para comer pão, eis que o estavam observando. 2 Ora, diante dele se achava um homem hidrópico. 3 Então, Jesus, dirigindo-se aos intérpretes da Lei e aos fariseus, perguntou-lhes: É ou não é lícito curar no sábado? 4 Eles, porém, nada disseram. E, tomando-o, o curou e o despediu. 5 A seguir, lhes perguntou: Qual de vós, se o filho ou o boi cair num poço, não o tirará logo, mesmo em dia de sábado? 6 A isto nada puderam responder. 7 Reparando como os convidados escolhiam os primeiros lugares, propôs-lhes uma parábola: 8 Quando por alguém fores convidado para um casamento, não procures o primeiro lugar; para não suceder que, havendo um convidado mais digno do que tu, 9 vindo aquele que te convidou e também a ele, te diga: Dá o lugar a este. Então, irás, envergonhado, ocupar o último lugar. 10 Pelo contrário, quando fores convidado, vai tomar o último lugar; para que, quando vier o que te convidou, te diga: Amigo, senta-te mais para cima. Ser-te-á isto uma honra diante de todos os mais convivas. 11 Pois todo o que se exalta será humilhado; e o que se humilha será exaltado. 12 Disse também ao que o havia convidado: Quando deres um jantar ou uma ceia, não convides os teus amigos, nem teus irmãos, nem teus parentes, nem vizinhos ricos; para não suceder que eles, por sua vez, te convidem e sejas recompensado. 13 Antes, ao dares um banquete, convida os pobres, os aleijados, os coxos e os cegos; 14 e serás bem-aventurado, pelo fato de não terem eles com que recompensar-te; a tua recompensa, porém, tu a receberás na ressurreição dos justos. 15 Ora, ouvindo tais palavras, um dos que estavam com ele à mesa, disse-lhe: Bem-aventurado aquele que comer pão no reino de Deus. 16 Ele, porém, respondeu: Certo homem deu uma grande ceia e convidou muitos. 17 À hora da ceia, enviou o seu servo para avisar aos convidados: Vinde, porque tudo já está preparado. 18 Não obstante, todos, à uma, começaram a escusar-se. Disse o primeiro: Comprei um campo e preciso ir vê-lo; rogo-te que me tenhas por escusado. 19 Outro disse: Comprei cinco juntas de bois e vou experimentá-las; rogo-te que me tenhas por escusado. 20 E outro disse: Casei-me e, por isso, não posso ir. 21 Voltando o servo, tudo contou ao seu senhor. Então, irado, o dono da casa disse ao seu servo: Sai depressa para as ruas e becos da cidade e traze para aqui os pobres, os aleijados, os cegos e os coxos. 22 Depois, lhe disse o servo: Senhor, feito está como mandaste, e ainda há lugar. 23 Respondeu-lhe o senhor: Sai pelos caminhos e atalhos e obriga a todos a entrar, para que fique cheia a minha casa. 24 Porque vos declaro que nenhum daqueles homens que foram convidados provará a minha ceia. 25 Grandes multidões o acompanhavam, e ele, voltando-se, lhes disse: 26 Se alguém vem a mim e não aborrece a seu pai, e mãe, e mulher, e filhos, e irmãos, e irmãs e ainda a sua própria vida, não pode ser meu discípulo. 27 E qualquer que não tomar a sua cruz e vier após mim não pode ser meu discípulo. 28 Pois qual de vós, pretendendo construir uma torre, não se assenta primeiro para calcular a despesa e verificar se tem os meios para a concluir? 29 Para não suceder que, tendo lançado os alicerces e não a podendo acabar, todos os que a virem zombem dele, 30 dizendo: Este homem começou a construir e não pôde acabar. 31 Ou qual é o rei que, indo para combater outro rei, não se assenta primeiro para calcular se com dez mil homens poderá enfrentar o que vem contra ele com vinte mil? 32 Caso contrário, estando o outro ainda longe, envia-lhe uma embaixada, pedindo condições de paz. 33 Assim, pois, todo aquele que dentre vós não renuncia a tudo quanto tem não pode ser meu discípulo. 34 O sal é certamente bom; caso, porém, se torne insípido, como restaurar-lhe o sabor? 35 Nem presta para a terra, nem mesmo para o monturo; lançam-no fora. Quem tem ouvidos para ouvir, ouça. ..... ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦  14 And it came to pass, as he went into the house of one of the chief Pharisees to eat bread on the sabbath day, that they watched him. 2 And, behold, there was a certain man before him which had the dropsy. 3 And Jesus answering spake unto the lawyers and Pharisees, saying, Is it lawful to heal on the sabbath day? 4 And they held their peace. And he took him, and healed him, and let him go; 5 And answered them, saying, Which of you shall have an ass or an ox fallen into a pit, and will not straightway pull him out on the sabbath day? 6 And they could not answer him again to these things. 7 And he put forth a parable to those which were bidden, when he marked how they chose out the chief rooms; saying unto them. 8 When thou art bidden of any man to a wedding, sit not down in the highest room; lest a more honourable man than thou be bidden of him; 9 And he that bade thee and him come and say to thee, Give this man place; and thou begin with shame to take the lowest room. 10 But when thou art bidden, go and sit down in the lowest room; that when he that bade thee cometh, he may say unto thee, Friend, go up higher: then shalt thou have worship in the presence of them that sit at meat with thee. 11 For whosoever exalteth himself shall be abased; and he that humbleth himself shall be exalted. 12 Then said he also to him that bade him, When thou makest a dinner or a supper, call not thy friends, nor thy brethren, neither thy kinsmen, nor thy rich neighbours; lest they also bid thee again, and a recompence be made thee. 13 But when thou makest a feast, call the poor, the maimed, the lame, the blind: 14 And thou shalt be blessed; for they cannot recompense thee: for thou shalt be recompensed at the resurrection of the just. 15 And when one of them that sat at meat with him heard these things, he said unto him, Blessed is he that shall eat bread in the kingdom of God. 16 Then said he unto him, A certain man made a great supper, and bade many: 17 And sent his servant at supper time to say to them that were bidden, Come; for all things are now ready. 18 And they all with one consent began to make excuse. The first said unto him, I have bought a piece of ground, and I must needs go and see it: I pray thee have me excused. 19 And another said, I have bought five yoke of oxen, and I go to prove them: I pray thee have me excused. 20 And another said, I have married a wife, and therefore I cannot come. 21 So that servant came, and shewed his lord these things. Then the master of the house being angry said to his servant, Go out quickly into the streets and lanes of the city, and bring in hither the poor, and the maimed, and the halt, and the blind. 22 And the servant said, Lord, it is done as thou hast commanded, and yet there is room. 23 And the lord said unto the servant, Go out into the highways and hedges, and compel them to come in, that my house may be filled. 24 For I say unto you, That none of those men which were bidden shall taste of my supper. 25 And there went great multitudes with him: and he turned, and said unto them, 26 If any man come to me, and hate not his father, and mother, and wife, and children, and brethren, and sisters, yea, and his own life also, he cannot be my disciple. 27 And whosoever doth not bear his cross, and come after me, cannot be my disciple. 28 For which of you, intending to build a tower, sitteth not down first, and counteth the cost, whether he have sufficient to finish it? 29 Lest haply, after he hath laid the foundation, and is not able to finish it, all that behold it begin to mock him, 30 Saying, This man began to build, and was not able to finish. 31 Or what king, going to make war against another king, sitteth not down first, and consulteth whether he be able with ten thousand to meet him that cometh against him with twenty thousand? 32 Or else, while the other is yet a great way off, he sendeth an ambassage, and desireth conditions of peace. 33 So likewise, whosoever he be of you that forsaketh not all that he hath, he cannot be my disciple. 34 Salt is good: but if the salt have lost his savour, wherewith shall it be seasoned? 35 It is neither fit for the land, nor yet for the dunghill; but men cast it out. He that hath ears to hear, let him hear. ..... ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦  ..... ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦  Jó 28 1 Na verdade, a prata tem suas minas, e o ouro, que se refina, o seu lugar. 2 O ferro tira-se da terra, e da pedra se funde o cobre. 3 Os homens põem termo à escuridão e até aos últimos confins procuram as pedras ocultas nas trevas e na densa escuridade. 4 Abrem entrada para minas longe da habitação dos homens, esquecidos dos transeuntes; e, assim, longe deles, dependurados, oscilam de um lado para outro. 5 Da terra procede o pão, mas embaixo é revolvida como por fogo. 6 Nas suas pedras se encontra safira, e há pó que contém ouro. 7 Essa vereda, a ave de rapina a ignora, e jamais a viram os olhos do falcão. 8 Nunca a pisaram feras majestosas, nem o leãozinho passou por ela. 9 Estende o homem a mão contra o rochedo e revolve os montes desde as suas raízes. 10 Abre canais nas pedras, e os seus olhos vêem tudo o que há de mais precioso. 11 Tapa os veios de água, e nem uma gota sai deles, e traz à luz o que estava escondido. 12 Mas onde se achará a sabedoria? E onde está o lugar do entendimento? 13 O homem não conhece o valor dela, nem se acha ela na terra dos viventes. 14 O abismo diz: Ela não está em mim; e o mar diz: Não está comigo. 15 Não se dá por ela ouro fino, nem se pesa prata em câmbio dela. 16 O seu valor não se pode avaliar pelo ouro de Ofir, nem pelo precioso ônix, nem pela safira. 17 O ouro não se iguala a ela, nem o cristal; ela não se trocará por jóia de ouro fino; 18 ela faz esquecer o coral e o cristal; a aquisição da sabedoria é melhor que a das pérolas. 19 Não se lhe igualará o topázio da Etiópia, nem se pode avaliar por ouro puro. 20 Donde, pois, vem a sabedoria, e onde está o lugar do entendimento? 21 Está encoberta aos olhos de todo vivente e oculta às aves do céu. 22 O abismo e a morte dizem: Ouvimos com os nossos ouvidos a sua fama. 23 Deus lhe entende o caminho, e ele é quem sabe o seu lugar. 24 Porque ele perscruta até as extremidades da terra, vê tudo o que há debaixo dos céus. 25 Quando regulou o peso do vento e fixou a medida das águas; 26 quando determinou leis para a chuva e caminho para o relâmpago dos trovões, 27 então, viu ele a sabedoria e a manifestou; estabeleceu-a e também a esquadrinhou. 28 E disse ao homem: Eis que o temor do Senhor é a sabedoria, e o apartar-se do mal é o entendimento. ..... ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦  28 Surely there is a vein for the silver, and a place for gold where they fine it. 2 Iron is taken out of the earth, and brass is molten out of the stone. 3 He setteth an end to darkness, and searcheth out all perfection: the stones of darkness, and the shadow of death. 4 The flood breaketh out from the inhabitant; even the waters forgotten of the foot: they are dried up, they are gone away from men. 5 As for the earth, out of it cometh bread: and under it is turned up as it were fire. 6 The stones of it are the place of sapphires: and it hath dust of gold. 7 There is a path which no fowl knoweth, and which the vulture's eye hath not seen: 8 The lion's whelps have not trodden it, nor the fierce lion passed by it. 9 He putteth forth his hand upon the rock; he overturneth the mountains by the roots. 10 He cutteth out rivers among the rocks; and his eye seeth every precious thing. 11 He bindeth the floods from overflowing; and the thing that is hid bringeth he forth to light. 12 But where shall wisdom be found? and where is the place of understanding? 13 Man knoweth not the price thereof; neither is it found in the land of the living. 14 The depth saith, It is not in me: and the sea saith, It is not with me. 15 It cannot be gotten for gold, neither shall silver be weighed for the price thereof. 16 It cannot be valued with the gold of Ophir, with the precious onyx, or the sapphire. 17 The gold and the crystal cannot equal it: and the exchange of it shall not be for jewels of fine gold. 18 No mention shall be made of coral, or of pearls: for the price of wisdom is above rubies. 19 The topaz of Ethiopia shall not equal it, neither shall it be valued with pure gold. 20 Whence then cometh wisdom? and where is the place of understanding? 21 Seeing it is hid from the eyes of all living, and kept close from the fowls of the air. 22 Destruction and death say, We have heard the fame thereof with our ears. 23 God understandeth the way thereof, and he knoweth the place thereof. 24 For he looketh to the ends of the earth, and seeth under the whole heaven; 25 To make the weight for the winds; and he weigheth the waters by measure. 26 When he made a decree for the rain, and a way for the lightning of the thunder: 27 Then did he see it, and declare it; he prepared it, yea, and searched it out. 28 And unto man he said, Behold, the fear of the Lord, that is wisdom; and to depart from evil is understanding. ..... ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦
